When will my order ship?
I normally ship the same business day if order is placed and paid for by 3 pm EST. I also ship on Saturday's if ordered and paid for by 1 pm EST.
Do you accept returns?
I only accept returns if item is found to be damaged when received or misrepresented in the listing. If there is an issue with any item, please e-mail me stating the issue and and I will get back to you promptly.
How will my order ship?
Depending on the weight of the item(s), either USPS 1st class package or USPS Priority mail. All packages will have a tracking #.
How will I know when my order shipped?
I will send an e-mail with the tracking #. Pleas be aware that if I drop something off at the post office in the afternoon, you may not see any tracking updates until late that night.
Do you accept best offer or offer discounts
I would be willing to offer a 10 to 20 percent discount, depending on how many different items you'd like to purchase and or multiple quantities of a single item. Please feel free to ask
What if package was not received.
All packages I ship will have a tracking #. If a package is lost, I will refund your purchase price. Normal time in transit is 3 to 5 business days for USPS 1st class packages and 2 to 4 business days for USPS Priority mail packages, though packages occasionally take longer. If after 8 to 10 business days and your package has not been delivered or showing any tracking updates, I will consider package lost and refund purchase price.
